Important Update: ALIS/CORTEX SERVICE Mobile App Compatibility with iOS 17 and Up!
Starting January 2026, the native mobile app for CORTEX Service / ALIS, will only be supported on devices running iOS 17 or higher. If you want to continue using the CORTEX Service mobile app without interruptions, is essential to ensure that your device is updated to iOS 17 before this date.
Why This Change?
Apple’s latest iOS 17 update is designed to improve performance, security, and compatibility for modern apps. To provide you with the best possible experience and to leverage the latest features, our mobile app will no longer support older iOS versions. This means devices that are not eligible for iOS 17 will no longer be able to run the CORTEX Service app starting January 26.
Supported Devices for iOS/iPadOS 17
iOS 17 is compatible with the following iPhone models:

❌ Unsupported Devices:
Devices with an A11 Bionic SoC or older will not receive the iOS 17 update. This includes:
iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus
iPhone X
iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus
iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus
iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus
iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5

iOS 17 is compatible with the following iPad models:
iPad (6th generation) and newer
iPad Air (3rd generation) and newer
iPad Pro (2nd generation) and newer

❌ Unsupported iPads:
Devices older than those listed above will not receive the iOS 17 update. This includes:
iPad Mini (4th generation) and earlier
iPad Air (2nd generation) and earlier
iPad Pro (1st generation)
iPad (5th generation) and earlier

What Should You Do?
1. Check Your Device Compatibility:
Verify whether your iPhone is listed in the Supported Devices section above.
If your device is not supported, you will need to upgrade to a newer iPhone model to continue using the CORTEX Service app.
2. Update to iOS 17:
If your device is compatible, ensure you update to iOS 17 before January 26. To update:
Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install iOS 17.
3. Plan Ahead for an Upgrade (if needed):
If your current iPhone cannot run iOS 17, consider upgrading to a supported model to maintain access to the CORTEX Service mobile app.
